Our team is made up of experienced notaries who are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. Notary Public: In this role, you will be responsible for providing notary services to our clients. You’ll need to have a current notary commission and a strong understanding of notary laws and regulations.
Assistant Office Manager: An office manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the notary’s office. This includes managing schedules, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating appointments. They may also be responsible for managing administrative tasks, such as billing and record-keeping.
Mobile Notary: A mobile notary is a notary public who travels to clients’ locations to perform notarial acts. This can be especially valuable for clients who are unable to travel to the notary’s office due to mobility issues or time constraints.
Legal Assistant: A legal assistant can provide support to a notary who is also practicing law. They can help with legal research, drafting documents, and managing case files.
Customer Service Representative: A customer service representative can help a notary manage phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from clients. They can help clients book appointments, answer questions about notarial acts, and provide general assistance.
We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about helping others and have a strong attention to detail. Previous notary experience is preferred but not required. We’re looking for team members who are friendly, professional, and committed to providing exceptional customer service. We offer training and growth opportunity.
